The opportunity
Turn vendor relationships into finance programs that support the sale.
Account Executives develop and support equipment vendor relationships. They learn how each seller reaches buyers, where the finance conversation loses momentum, and what the program must make clearer for representatives and customers.
The work combines business development, vendor program management, transaction coordination, and disciplined follow-through. Success depends on earning trust and keeping the vendor context visible as internal specialists own credit, funding, documentation, and formal decisions.
What the role owns
Build the relationship, keep the pipeline honest, and protect the handoff.
- Develop relationships with prospective equipment vendors and identify program opportunities
- Help seller teams understand how to introduce approved financing options to qualified buyers
- Maintain useful CRM context, follow-up discipline, and an accurate opportunity pipeline
- Coordinate with credit, funding, marketing, product, and operations without speaking for their formal decisions
- Surface recurring vendor friction so the program and enablement system can improve
What you will gain
Learn the complete vendor-program lifecycle, not only the first sale.
The Account Executive works from relationship development and program discovery through seller enablement, live transaction coordination, operating review, and long-term partner support. That range builds practical equipment-finance context without asking the role to replace credit, funding, legal, product, or operations specialists.
The role also develops the ability to translate a vendor's commercial priorities into a usable operating model: who the program serves, when the representative introduces financing, what context belongs in the handoff, which information the partner may see, and how recurring friction should be escalated and improved.
