This Statement describes our current approach and how to request help. It does not claim that every page or third-party service is free from every barrier. We welcome feedback because accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification.

Our commitment
We aim to make our public digital content accessible to the broadest practical audience, including people who use screen readers, screen magnification, voice input, switch devices, captions, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technologies.
We also recognize that disability and access needs vary. When a digital feature does not work for you, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative and to address the underlying barrier.

Our accessibility standard
Our current design and development target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Opens in a new tab. at Level AA. WCAG is an international technical standard for making web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
We are working toward consistent conformance with that target across the Site. Conformance can vary by page, content type, browser, assistive technology, and third-party integration. References to WCAG describe our target and evaluation framework, not a representation that every item has been independently certified.

Accessibility features in the current site
Navigate
Keyboard access and visible focus
Interactive elements are designed for keyboard use, with visible focus indicators and a “Skip to main content” link.
Understand
Semantic structure
Pages use meaningful headings, landmarks, lists, links, buttons, labels, and reading order to support navigation and interpretation.
Perceive
Contrast and scalable text
The visual system uses readable type, intentional contrast, responsive layouts, and text that can scale with browser and operating-system settings.
Control
Reduced motion support
The Site respects the operating system’s reduced-motion preference and minimizes nonessential transitions for users who request it.
Identify
Text alternatives
Meaningful images are intended to include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies.
Choose
Accessible privacy controls
Cookie and privacy controls use native labels, buttons, status messages, and keyboard-operable form elements.

Compatibility and testing
The Site is designed for current versions of major browsers and common operating-system accessibility settings. Older browsers, unsupported browser extensions, aggressive content blockers, or unusual combinations of assistive technology may behave differently.
Our accessibility quality process is intended to include:
- semantic markup and heading-order review;
- keyboard-only navigation and focus-order testing;
- color-contrast and responsive-layout review;
- zoom, text scaling, and reduced-motion checks;
- automated accessibility scans;
- manual review of forms, dialogs, menus, status messages, and error states; and
- assistive-technology testing for high-value user workflows as those workflows are released.

Known limitations and areas in progress
The new LeasePoint website is being released in stages. Some planned pages, secure portals, downloadable documents, archived materials, or media may not yet meet the same accessibility target as the public foundation pages.
Areas that may require continued work include:
- legacy PDFs or documents that were created before the current accessibility process;
- complex finance applications, calculators, document-upload flows, and authentication workflows as they are introduced;
- captions, transcripts, audio descriptions, or other alternatives for future media;
- third-party content, embedded tools, and secure portals that are partly controlled by another provider; and
- temporary defects introduced during active development or content updates.
Reporting a barrier helps us prioritize it. Please include the URL, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or accommodation that would help.

Third-party content and services
The Site may link to or integrate services operated by equipment sellers, financial providers, document services, identity providers, map or media services, and other third parties. We may not control the accessibility of an independent third party’s website or application.
We encourage third-party providers to support accessible experiences and consider accessibility in vendor selection and issue escalation. If a third-party feature creates a barrier, contact us. We will try to provide an alternative or coordinate with the provider where practical.
