This Cookie Notice explains how LeasePoint Funding Group, LLC (“LeasePoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies, local storage, server logs, tags, pixels, and similar technologies on new.leasepoint.io and other digital services that link to this Notice.

How this Notice works
A “cookie” is a small text file that a website asks a browser to store on a device. Cookies may remember a setting, support security, measure activity, or help deliver content. “Local storage” is another browser feature that stores data on a device. Tags and pixels are small pieces of code that can load a service or record an event. Server logs record technical details when a browser requests a page or file.
Some technologies operate only during a browsing session. Others remain until they expire, you delete them, or you change a preference. Some are set by LeasePoint on the domain you are visiting (“first-party”), while others may be set or read by a service provider from another domain (“third-party”).
The exact technologies may change as we improve the Site. We will keep this inventory current and obtain consent before activating optional storage where consent is required.

- Server logs
- Records created when your browser connects to our hosting and security infrastructure. These may include IP address, request time, URL, browser information, response status, and security signals.

What is not active today
The public website does not currently load a tag manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, HubSpot analytics or advertising tracking, or another advertising tag. The HubSpot inquiry form is a separate functional service listed above. When an optional tag is introduced, this inventory and its retention details should be updated before or at launch.

How to manage your choices
Open Privacy Choices to review and update optional analytics or advertising storage. Your choice is stored in your current browser. If you use another browser or device, clear browser data, or use a private browsing session, you may need to choose again.
Rejecting optional storage does not prevent essential page requests, security logging, or a limited consent-status request. It may also not delete information that was lawfully collected before you changed your choice. When you withdraw consent, the Site attempts to remove common optional first-party cookies that are accessible to browser code.
Your browser may send Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). When GPC is detected, advertising storage remains off for that browser even if a prior preference allowed it. GPC does not automatically control analytics storage, which remains a separate choice unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Browser and device controls
Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and local storage. Consult your browser’s help or settings menu for current instructions. Blocking all cookies or storage may prevent parts of the Site or a secure portal from working as intended.
- Deleting Site data removes the saved LeasePoint privacy choice, so the notice may appear again.
- Private or incognito windows often discard storage when the session ends.
- Device-level advertising settings may limit mobile advertising identifiers but do not necessarily control website cookies.
- “Do Not Track” is not a uniform standard. We process legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as GPC where required.

Third-party technologies
When a third-party service is active, it may receive information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, referrer, timestamp, consent state, or events configured for that service. A third party may process information under its own terms and privacy notice.
Current infrastructure and tag-management providers include Google Opens in a new tab. and Vercel Opens in a new tab.. Those links open the providers’ privacy notices. LeasePoint does not control an independent provider’s notice or browser-level data.

Updates and contact
We may update this Cookie Notice when technologies, providers, purposes, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows when the inventory was last reviewed. Material changes may also be communicated through the Site or the preference interface.
